I'm just not doing well getting back on the whole social blogger platform. I'm near to tempted to try Weight Watchers again even though I do better lo carb. However since Jon needs low proteins carbs show up in our diet. I've never heard of the Hay System before -- I'll have to check that out. With the 3 of us I'm near to tempted to *not* cook anymore and just do frozens. Yes I know -- I couldn't do it as much as I love to cook but it's quite a juggle.
